One of my favorite chocolate/candy stores, and certainly a must-visit in the Old-Town area of Folsom. Created in 1966 by John Snook, and located at the Food Circus at Arden Mall, son Jim Snook moved the business to Folsom in 1990. Since then, they have established a solid reputation with their chocolate and brittle candies. In fact, the brittle is still made with the same copper pots from the original store location! I can highly reccomend the truffle chocolates - a great gift at Christmas.
